Preferred Office Network Announces Launch of Meeting Room Booking Platform 

PON is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a brand-new meeting room and workspace booking platform which will enhance the connectivity of the network for Members and for Clients.  

With the new booking platform, participating members of the network can have their meeting room and day office inventory listed directly on the PON website. 

These listings can be viewed by PON clients and the clients of the PON Member Operators, offering them access to thousands of meeting rooms across the network. 

 This will create additional exposure for the PON Members, boosting meeting room revenue for their centers. 

“Members [of the network] interested in having their spaces listed will need to review and sign a terms and conditions document and provide information about their spaces,” explained Caroline Hecht, Member Relations Manager of PON. 

“Demand for meeting rooms will be increasing sharply as more people are vaccinated and the world returns to in-person meetings,” said Caroline. 

“This is the perfect opportunity to introduce this platform,” she added. 

There are also opportunities for the booking platform to not only be integrated with the respective member’s existing technology, but members can also publish a link to PON’s booking platform on their own website. 

“Members get to set their own rates and receive a more favorable split of the booking revenue than some other listing sites that exist,” said Caroline.
