Preferred Broker 

Compensation Policy

Preferred Office Network welcomes the
opportunity to partner with licensed real estate
brokers on corporate flex placements. We are
delighted to offer you the convenience of only
one point of contact to cover a growing global list
of locations. It is our goal to ensure working with
Preferred Office Network is a simple and pleasant
experience. The referral program is exclusive to
commercial real estate brokers, residential
brokers and licensed agents in good standing.

New deals, broker involved
expansions, and renewals TWO WAYS TO GET PAID:

7.5% FOR THE LIFE 

OF CLIENT STAY

Preferred will pay 7.5% for the life of a
placement, paid quarterly on Preferred
month-to-month term agreements. For
all term agreements, commissions will be
paid upfront upon receipt of initial
payment and retainer.

10% ON INITIAL 12
MONTHS, 

2% THEREAFTER

Preferred will pay 10% for up to 12 months,
paid quarterly on Preferred month-to-month
term agreements, and 2% for each month
thereafter up until the 24th month. For all
term agreements, commissions will be paid
in full, annually upon receipt of initial
payment and retainer.

PAYMENT



Commission is paid on total monthly fixed fees. Any à la carte service or
Preferred account management fees are ineligible for commission.
