Preferred Office Network Announces 1,000 Locations Milestone

In the 14 years since three flex space operators launched Preferred Office Network, we have enjoyed many landmark achievements, among them opening our first locations outside of North America and establishing a sizeable footprint throughout the United Kingdom with an impactful partnership with London-based flexible workspace provider NewFlex.

And now, 2024 marks another major milestone for our company: We now boast 1,000 locations in 15 countries and more than 400 cities across the globe. These numbers represent more than 12 million square feet of flex space.

This breadth of offerings allows us to serve diverse and dispersed workforces with unparalleled flexible workplaces close to where companies are based and where their teams live — a key benefit as employees cite long commutes as their #1 reason for not wanting to return to the office.  

All the while, Preferred has stayed true to our roots. We are a curated network of independently owned and operated flex spaces built for evolving enterprise needs.
