Founded from humble beginnings in 2010, we strive to provide our clients with the most flexible terms in the workspace industry. As today’s real estate landscape continues to change and evolve, our flexibility and mobility within our various service offerings remain constant. Made up of over 200 independent flexible workspace operators, our global coworking network is the largest of its kind.
We were built to compete, together. Preferred was formed to offer corporate users an alternative to large, commercialized coworking spaces. Flex space operators who join the network receive enterprise-level qualified leads sourced directly from Preferred’s one-on-one Fortune 1000 client relationships. Preferred provides account management services on behalf of its member operators, handling all paperwork, billing, and portfolio oversight.
