The addition of Boston Offices adds two state-of-the-art workspace locations in downtown Boston.
First is Boston Offices’ exclusive 26th floor location at One Boston Place, which is located at 201 Washington Street, smack in the center of downtown Boston which is known as “The Hub”.
One Boston Place offers sweeping views of Boston Harbor and the Charles River and gives users access to flexible office space, larger, business–class coworking suites, and meeting rooms.
Secondly, Boston Offices has a location at Exchange Place, which is located at 53 State Street, one of Boston’s most recognized business addresses.
Exchange Place is home to a brand-new roof deck and has been named Boston’s first-ever Platinum LEED Certified Building – meaning sustainability is prioritized through energy efficiency, water reduction, water preservation, and a total reduction of carbon emissions.
